Art Journaling is a visual diary, not just writing down your dreams and goals, but using your creativity in a unique way. Join Bridget Hanley as she demonstrates this method of artistic expression.
Bridget Hanley is an artist and custom picture framer at Bridget Hanley Studio in Dunnellon. She is also the Executive Director of Rainbow Springs Art Gallery in Dunnellon, having created hundreds of pieces in a variety of mediums.
Students are encouraged to bring a wire bound sketch book 8x10 or 11x14. Simple clipboards and drawing paper will be provided for those that cannot bring one. Students will use a mix of collage, drawing, painting, and scrapbook techniques. Bring a few favorite photographs, poems, song lyrics, or quotes. Bridget will have several subject prompts to start you on the unlimited ways to express yourself and manifest your visions!
