Help kick the habit with this free two-hour workshop from the Gulfcoast North Area Health Education Center (GNAHEC).

"Tools To Quit" is an intensive, two-hour session that will give you the tools you need to stop smoking for good! Join the Gulfcoast North Area Health Education Center to provide a free 2-hour tobacco dependence seminar. Anyone interested in quitting tobacco can participate and will be provided with a free and optional supply of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) including: patches, gum, or lozenges. This program is funded by the Florida Health Department.
