Join Friends of the Coastal Region Library board member, Doreen Lavista for an immersive meditation session.

Take the time for stress reduction and relaxation while enjoying peaceful music and breathing exercises. Participants should bring either a yoga mat, cushion, pillow, or back support for using a chair.

Seating is limited and registration is required. Please register with our online calendar, in person, or by calling us at (352) 795-3716.
